Full programme – not only at the Ring!
After the season is before the season – this slightly modified truism has been particularly true for Black Falcon staff since the beginning of September: Although the 2015 season is still in full swing and will not end until after the Abu Dhabi 12h race on 11.12.2015, preparations for the 2016 season are already ongoing.
Great events are often foreshadowed, and the 2016 season will begin with a bang: As the first private team ever, Black Falcon will race the new AMG GT3, and it will do so right away at the international 24-hour race in Dubai. In addition, an SLS AMG GT3 and two Porsche 991 GT3 CUP will also be at the start of the desert classic.
Then, from the end of January until the beginning of March, no less than 16 days of testing under the sun of southern Spain and Portugal are planned: Black Falcon partners Gedlich invites you to the Endless Summer® and Black Falcon will be there with an unprecedented vehicle selection.
And the racing calendar for the 2016 season also leaves nothing to be wished for. In the field of endurance racing the RCN, the VLN and the Blancpain Endurance Series can be looked forward to, with the special highlights of the 24h Nürburgring and the 24h Spa-Francorchamps. Additionally, next to the 24h Dubai, individual races of the attractive 24h series will also be taken part in.
In addition to endurance racing, Black Falcon will offer its customers the participation in the Porsche Sports Cup in the 2016 season for the first time. The attractive customer sport series, organised by Porsche, includes six events on GP tracks in Germany and neighbouring countries, as well as an invitation race in the context of the WEC at the Nürburgring.
“It was important for us to provide an event on GP tracks in our programme for our Porsche customers in addition to the VLN,” explains Black Falcon Driver Advisor Manuel Metzger.
“The Porsche Sports Cup provides the perfect platform for beginners as well as long-time racing amateurs to go about their sport in club sport or racing vehicles provided by Black Falcon. Together with the high level of safety of the modern GP tracks, this is a perfect complement to the existing race calendar.“

For the races with production-based cars, Black Falcon customers are provided with a Porsche 991 GT3 as well as a Porsche 991 GT3 RS.
In the field of race cars the 991 GT3 Cup is complemented by the new Cayman GT4 Clubsport, for which there will be a new class in the VLN alongside the Porsche Sports Cup.
And that emsures that another saying comes true every day: Anticipation is the most beautiful joy!
